Description

This was a challenge and an adventure! We were invited to be part of a competition that would incorporate recycled pallets along with other woods. I decided I would make a drinks cabinet, elliptical in shape. Each stave of ash was given a cove detail on the shaper so as to create a fluted column affect - and the pallets were made into an abstract mosaic on the bar surface, while the ceiling was a series of random squares and rectangles, accentuated by subtle lighting.
